Welcome to balitestkits ("BTK", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, or using our services (once launched), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Current Status: We are currently in pre-launch mode and only accepting waitlist registrations. These Terms cover both the waitlist phase and future service delivery.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Wellness Service Disclaimer

balitestkits is a wellness monitoring service and does NOT provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

• Our tests are for informational and wellness tracking purposes only
• Results do NOT constitute a medical diagnosis
• We are NOT a substitute for professional medical care
• Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns
• In case of medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately (Indonesia: 118 or 119)

Our service is designed to help you monitor wellness trends over time, support proactive health optimization, and provide convenient access to laboratory testing. It is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Service Description

balitestkits provides at-home laboratory testing services in Bali, Indonesia, including:

• Monthly Subscription: Regular delivery of test kits to your location in Bali, with results tracked through our companion app
• One-Time Tests: On-demand testing services for specific health concerns (e.g., digestive health, STD screening, dengue, wellness panels)
• Companion App: Mobile/web application for registering kits, viewing results, and tracking wellness trends
• Additional Services: Future offerings may include IV therapy, recovery services, and wellness consultations

Geographic Limitation: Our services are currently available only in Bali, Indonesia. Delivery zones may be limited initially.

4. Waitlist Terms

By joining our waitlist, you agree that:

• Waitlist registration does not guarantee service availability or pricing
• We may offer early access and special pricing to waitlist members
• You can unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time
• Information you provide (email, name) will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
• Launch timeline and pricing are subject to change without prior notice

5. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be located in or visiting Bali, Indonesia
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

6. Laboratory Testing and Results

6.1 Test Accuracy

• Tests are processed by accredited, professional laboratories
• While we strive for accuracy, no laboratory test is 100% accurate
• False positives and false negatives can occur
• Results should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare provider

6.2 Sample Collection

• You are responsible for following sample collection instructions carefully
• Improper collection may result in invalid or inaccurate results
• We may provide guidance but cannot guarantee sample quality

6.3 Results Delivery

• Results are typically available within 3-7 business days
• You will receive results through our app and/or email
• Results are for your personal use and information only
• We strongly recommend discussing results with a doctor

7. Payment and Subscription Terms

7.1 Pricing

• Pricing will be displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• Prices are subject to change with advance notice
• Waitlist members may receive discounted "early bird" pricing
• All prices include applicable Indonesian taxes unless stated otherwise

7.2 Subscriptions

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically
• You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Subscription benefits are non-transferable

7.3 Refunds

• Refunds may be issued for unused tests or service failures
• No refunds once a sample has been collected or processed
• Contact support for refund requests

8. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health data.

• Health data is encrypted and stored securely
• We never sell your personal or health information
• You can request data deletion at any time
• Data is shared only with laboratory partners and as required by law

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of balitestkits or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law:

• balitestkits is NOT liable for any medical decisions you make based on test results
• We are NOT responsible for delayed or lost samples due to third-party courier issues
• We are NOT liable for damages resulting from reliance on our service without consulting a medical professional
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Provide false information or impersonate another person
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems
• Use test results for employment, insurance, or legal purposes without professional validation
• Resell or redistribute test kits without authorization

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Non-payment
• Any reason we deem necessary to protect our business or users

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bali, Indonesia.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
